Established in 2012, Penny Roofing Ltd is a family run, commercially focused roofing contractor based in Sittingbourne, Kent.

We specialise in cold-applied liquid membrane waterproofing systems, delivering technically robust solutions for complex and high-specification projects. Alongside this, we undertake the full scope of roofing works, providing a comprehensive service from initial assessment through to final completion.

We are proud members of leading industry bodies including the Liquid Roofing and Waterproofing Association (LRWA) and the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC), and we hold recognised accreditations with Constructionline and CHAS - reflecting our commitment to compliance, safety, and professional standards.
